Ordering
How long will it take to process my order?
Each piece is handcrafted by myself and some treasures sent off to casters, please check each item page for processing time.
Do you offer gift wrapping or gift messages?
Absolutely, drop us a message before hand or put into in order notes!
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, we ask for you to let us know within 24 hours of ordering. As some ready to ship items, go out the next day after ordering! Contact us here.
Shipping
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do however you pay for duties and cutom fee!
Unfortunately we are now unable to send to the EU and Northern Ireland, this is due to the new GPSR regulations that came into place in December 24. We really hope this changes in the near future, so we can send our treasures to you there.

Will my order be tracked?
Yes all UK orders are tracked and International orders have a tracked delivery option.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please make sure the piece is in its original condition and packaging.
Can I return earrings?
No unfortunately earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
What should I do if my item arrives damaged or faulty?
